History of Revenue Management, Fundamentals of Revenue Management: Customer Knowledge and Consumer Behavior, Market Segmentation, Internal Assessment and Competitive Analysis, Economic Principles and Demand Forecasting, Reservation and Channels of Distribution, Pricing Strategies: Dynamic Value-Based Pricing, Channel and Inventory Management, The Revenue Management Team, Strategic Management and Following the RevMAP, Tools, Tactics and Resources, Legal and Ethical Issues, Other Concepts of Revenue Management: Over Booking, Reputation Management. "Hotel Simulation" is used in this course.
