MBA 557 ders içeriği
This course will introduce the methodologies used in Private Equity (PE) finance and employ the case method to study PE deals. PE is a great lab to study important topics in finance such as capital structure, corporate governance, valuation, asset allocation, and organizational restructuring. Throughout the course, PE market is going to be discussed from the perspective of different agents including entrepreneurs, PE fund managers, and the investors in PE funds.

An FZ grade will be given to those students who have submitted less than 6 case memoranda throughout the semester and have accumulated a percentage grade point of less than 8 out of a total of 25 on participation. Additionally, those students who have a midterm exam grade of less than 20 out of 100 will also receive an FZ grade.
