CTIS 479 ders içeriği
This course introduces students to the .NET framework and provides the necessary skills and knowledge to design and develop applications in the .NET framework by using C# programming language. In this course, students will have hands-on experience on object oriented programming concepts with .NET framework features such as creating windows and web applications (ASP.NET), managing data with ADO.NET and Language-Integrated Query (LINQ), using Model View Controller (MVC) design pattern will be covered. Students who want to take this course must have good knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and have hands-on experience with an object-oriented programming language (e.g., C++, java).

- General information about the course. Introducing .NET, C# and Entity Framework.
- Introduction to the N-Layered Architecture and SOLID Principles.
- Creation and explanation of the entities and database context in the DataAccess layer.
- Introduction to entity one to many and many to many relationships and creation of the database using Entity Framework Code First approach
- Creation and explanation of the Business layer using model and service classes. Introduction to Dependency Injection.
- Completion of the model and service classes in the Business layer and creation of the Web Application layer.
- Introduction to scaffolding in MVC and managing CRUD operations by injecting necessary services and implementing all necessary controller actions, views, then managing Inversion of Control (IoC).
- Introduction to the usage of partial views, server-side and client-side validation and third party Javascript-CSS libraries.
- Finishing the development of the project with one to many database relationship CRUD operations.
- Modification of the models and services in the Business layer for many to many relationships.
- Finishing the development of the project with the addition of many to many database relationship CRUD operations.
- Introduction to the user authentication and authorization with ASP.NET Core MVC.
- Creation of the necessary controller and its actions for register and login operations in the Web Application layer.
- Introduction and demonstration of session management in ASP.NET Core MVC.
